Small weed possession for 21 and over. I guess no medical card needed?
Anyways...

Happy to live in Denver.

washington state too now:

promising for supporters, since any state by itself would have been an easy federal battle

Well before this amendment you could get it from your guy for $25 (half eighth, that is)
or from a dispensary for a price around that range. If you are talking about a half o I couldn't tell you because the highest I ever bought was a quad for 100.

I have no idea how they are going to sell it now, but I'd imagine the price is going to drop another 5.

Not looking forward to stricter DUI policies regarding marijuana in Washington state. If the THC concentration of the driver's blood is 5.00 ng/mL or more you will recieve a DUI. Apparently heavy smokers can have that much THC in there system even if they haven't smoked in several days...

right, but the test they will resort to will be a saliva test (it's the only sane option) which only detects residue on cutaneous cheek cells (last 3-7 hours)

my thoughts:

-don't drive while intoxicated
-dont drive like an idiot and get pulled over
-dont look blazed as shit when you get pulled over / at roadblocks

easy trade imo, it's in the same category as drink driving (since i don't trust most people's cognitive skills even when they're not intoxicated)
