M Machine - "Faces" Vocal Effect?

Anyone know what vocal effects are being used at :27 into the video? I hear two vocal parts, but there is also an effect being used. Just saw these guys live, and was struck by this vocal effect. Actually sounded way thicker/better live but... doesn't everything? Thanks in advance for your help!
