Whos dick do I have to suck around here for someone to tell me how shut my music is?

Wub's and EH's would be a good start

on a serious note nice melody, not sure about your kick and snare and the reverb on it.. takes the thump away on both also missed some more perc in general.. the drop is just.. horrendous and I would work on your sound design with your midrange noises but I have to be honest all the other melodies are all top notch.. great notes.. great feel.. good variation you know when to add new elements I have a feeling you got a great amount of music theory behind you? litterally though the melodies from 2:20 + are absolutely amazing.. and that distorted guitar is great too.

I honestly feel like those midrange noises ruined the song and you are made for this melodic stuff! bigup

started out good, id take out some low end on the snare and kick for the intro, make it a bit more subtle, so it can then kick the drop like its momma made him to do.
love how the sound at :55 tunes into the melody, greatness.
normally i very much dislike the loud, awesomely obnoxious sound of newer steps, but i love that you kept the song in key.
i feel thats a no go if your making music that is more or less made of sounds scratching the ears at least let it be in key! haha

but everything feels good.
great job and keep on the beat.

Intro isn't bad.
Nice filtered drum beat before the drop.
After the drop however the beat is just weak.
Main midrange drop is terrible as skin-e has mentioned, the elements that make-up the drop are useable.
Some interesting synth work later, real tron like 80s sci-fi theme going on.
Those elements would be ideal for a track, excluding all the other nonsense midrange garble.
Understanding I'm very much against the bro-midrange kack.

So many interesting sci fi elements in here.
I would take this track in such a different direction if I was you.

The beat is getting lost beneath that midrange for a lot of the tune, and what bits I can make out are fairly generic in terms of programming etc. Would suggest the mixdown and composition/arrangement could do with another look.

get rid of those bells in the beginning. Synth after that is nice. Bass locks nice before the build-up. Find a way for the drums to come out more at the drop. Keep your ideas simple and one at a time. Your sections change too much and there is no song as a whole but rather sick riffs that sound okay together

Thanks man, still trying to understand equalizing and compression. I know what you mean about the "no whole song" It was just reflecting my state of mind. I'll work on my progression and flow a bit more. Thanks a lot mate.

its all in the ear man when it comes to equalizing man. A wise man once told me that if you are able to listen to a song and, with your ear, be able to individually pick out each sound in the mix and hear it clearly.

Compression, I like multi-band compressors. Look for it, whatever program your using most definitely has one

The subject line made me cringe, so I'll pass on the head (I know you're kidding), but I don't have the insight to tell you in detail like these guys. Especially since I don't produce, just rap. With that said, I'll tell you what I like about the track. While some feel it's missing wubs there is a solid mix of depth and how the sounds are incorporated into this track. I couldn't tell you how make your snares sound more improved etc. but the vision you have with this track seems clear enough that you didn't just throw stuff into it while composing. I like that. So in a nut shell, you have tons of potential to make this a really solid track. Maybe the sound quality could be a bit bolder and less muddy, maybe more mixing? I don't know. Thanks for sharing, I enjoyed listening. And please, no more asking to service ppl for listens ha.

I'm still learning when to cut and boost instrument frequencies, I have industrial deafness from work, which makes it a lot harder with certain frequencies
My DAW does have a Mulitband compressor, It's also on my list of "production technique's how to" I haven't used it much besides on bass tracks. Thanks for the feedback too mate

Haha sorry mate, sometimes it's really hard to get feedback. The subject line defiantly worked have had more feedback on this post, than all of my other posts combined Thanks also for the feedback mate, you are right about my mixing, it's defiantly in need of refining.
