I don't always use Redeye, I tend to just grab the record wherever I see it first or whichever shop has the most in stock that I wanna order, but I find myself using it more and more just for the service. I've had some confusing requests before that he's done without question, never feel like I'm gonna have a problem with him.
Ordered the Roots of El-B CD from him before, got sent the Roots of Dubstep instead. Emailed him and said that I didn't order that, but actually, I'll keep it anyway, bought the Roots of El-B again, and he sent it with a copy of that Ringo Records compilation too

after the joy o 'we used to like' cock up, he somehow - by being very nice - made me not mad at the fact I wasn't gonna get a copy.
I appreciate.

the amount of stupid alterations i've made to orders without any problem is remarkable. There's also a woman who handles my silly bizness too, forgot her name but, urr, big up her as well.

Same here, top bloke. Have progressively switched the bulk of my online orders - which living in Spain amounts to about 95% of the records that I buy

 - from Juno to Redeye, mainly because of the possibility of grouping several orders under a same shipment - HUGE advantage when you order massively online and from abroad as me. But also because records are always very carefully packaged AND do not have a

 sticker on them!

So do you lot rate redeye more than chemical? Only used redeye once for the Mala in Cuba album and it took almost a month to get her, stickers re a huge bonus tho

Yeah stickers do my head in, especially on sleeves with artwork!
Dont do it chemical or opt for easy peel badboys!

Chemical have recently changed their stickers by the way, they are much smaller now.
Redeye definitely leads the way in customer service as far as online stores go.
