So, because I can't sing, and I want to have vocals on my tunes, I need to run my voice through some vocoders.

Anyone recommend me any vocoders that can process to dark deep voice.

Hardware or software?

Paid or free?

If paid, what's your budget?

What DAW are you in, does it come with a stock vocoder?

Software. Either. And if I had a budget, i'd say around $250.

FL. And it does. But it's kinda shit. Vocodex sounds kinda..."meh".

TAL vocoder.

If that doesn't work you can try these though:

Waves Tune, or Antares. Both are a little pricey though

I think you might be thinking of pitch correction, or are those vocoders as well?

Yeah ur right, they aren't exactly vocoders, but i think they do the job he's asking for. They can make anyone sound good.

As for actual vocoding I'd say Morphoder, though I haven't tried it, but the reviews are great.

Bollocks. Learn how to use it properly for the techniques you want to achieve.

Really? I find Vocodex to be very powerfull, try giving the manual a look through and you'll see all the power you got with the vocodex. SeamlessR uses the stock vocodex all the time in tracks. Just gotta learn to use it well. I've been going through the manual reading all i can about vocodex, it's pretty beast man.
