I'm still looking for inspiration on what to do about a lead and some mid-range dirty bass accents, any ideas also appreciated

Not familiar with the original but liking the boom bap rhythm on this. For the lead etc, I'd suggest a call & response type thing between a midrange synth and a higher pitched lead synth...so like they're talking to one another.

I'm not sure what is going on but I know I like it
