Are there any Physicists/Physics Students in the hideout?
Aiming for some kind of general discussion thread of the subject if possible?

I think you'll be fine. Though I'm only in high school, so hardly the authority on the matter.

I'm an Engineer with a fairly good grasp of physics.

I'll happily chime in if and when I can. I think someone tried to start a similar thread a few years ago.

I studied physics at uni for a year. It was fun but there was too much work for maths and I was way too lazy. No regrets though.

Audio Engineering.
Did quite a bit of physics in a previous course, it sucked nuts. Audio related stuff is interesting though

Since everyone's identifying what they do/study, I suppose I might as well. PhD in Chemical Engineering, healthy interest in physics and all things science.

Technically, physics everyone.
I am the best friend of 2 physics uni students who are both shit at it. I'm a mechanical engineer but my day to day is fucking chemistry, it longs me out. I will enjoy reading but will be able to contribute fuck all really.
Starter for 10, 2nd law of thermodynamics?
