hey everyone shoenice again, well basically had this shitty powered usb hub, had shit plugged into it, plugged it into a surge protector, fried my launchpad and my interface. no idea how, but tried different usb cables with no progress (both are bus powered). any suggestions? (already got a new interface*samemodel* and a new usb hub*threwthatshitout*)

pretty much only interested in saving the lunchpad. you know, for lunch.

yes i could go to some repair blah blah blah im sure you guys have a general idea of what kinda shit i should replace.

Don't eat your lunch off it.

Maybe if you have an electronics repair shop in your area, your best bet is probably Novation though.

im trying not to go to one if possible... no one has any idea on what part might be meshed up so i could try and shfix it myself?

A power surge could have fried anything. How are we supposed to guess whats wrong? Open it up and look.
