In case anyone is feeling the winter blues...

Playa Ancón, Cuba
Just a long strip looking out into the Caribbean. Pretty close approximation of paradise IMO.

Not the absolute best beach, but it's only a 10 minute walk down the valley so I got a lot of love for it.
That rock in the lower right of the last picture is a BIG jump.

Most of our beeches are beautiful.
My favorite is known as the wild side.
It's not necessarily a sun bathing beach because it can be a bit harsh there from the rocky reef that runs along it.
Awesome fr watching storms roll in or just for general aesthetic beauty.

Wow. So beautiful. I want to go to Abel Tasman National Park.
I haven't traveled to beach countries but hopefully someday. Plus, I live in San Diego where we have the best beaches in California. 70 miles of coastline, it's hard not to choose one. La Jolla, Coronado, Solana.
Matauri Bay, Bay of Islands, and pretty much most of the northern part of the North Island. I can't get enough of that place.

This place was lovely, we stayed in a house on the strip, go out front door and you're on the beach, go out the backdoor and the sea was more like a lake because the penisula acted as a breakwater, its great for kayaking
