Is there a way to split 1 insert into 2 inserts? i normally use reason and would just throw it through a spider audio splitter, but i cant find anything about it for fruity loops???

You can send any channel to any channel...but no there isn't a way to make one insert on a channel into two inserts. Check out Patcher, it's a super modular routing program native to FL Studio.

Yes it is possible.

Insert 1 is being split into insert 2 and insert 3, and both of them are being sent to master.

^OK. Yea, I wasn't sure exactly what the OP was asking...but was thinking...you can route anything to anything...
