So as most of you know the original Mud (by Loefah) costs like a billion pounds and like most people, I'm not prepared to pay that much for a single record, no matter how much I want it.

However I've noticed that the vinyl for Mary Anne Hobbs warrior dubz compilation is going for about 30-50 pounds. Would it be better to pick this up and have the mud VIP and much more songs for less or should I get the original mud/ruffage vinyl?

Its up to you. Depends if you want Ruffage or not.

I'd personally go for MAH as it's got Anti-War Dub too which costs silly money.. haven't seen a decent copy for less than £50 myself yet though, that £30 one on discogs is missing Anti-War Dub plate.

For me it was more about mud and I actually prefer haunted over anti war dub so I wouldn't be to fussed about not having anti war dub...saying that if I could find a decent copy of MAH for a decent price I would have anti war dub on vinyl and then just have to live with listening to haunted on YouTube

well it depends if you want mud or mud VIP....

I really want mud but there's no way I could justify paying over £50 for a record even if I really want it, maybe if I won the lottery then maybe

the mud vip is pretty much identical to the original besides the pokes vocal at the beginning, go for the MAH comp.

Was there really any point of a mud VIP if it was so similar to the original?
