First really only start to hear it at 3:47 or around there

How do you go about making this synth? whats it even called? haha
Even if someone has a present/patch of it id love to see what the settings for the patch is, i've tried to remake it but i cant, you hear it a lot in many different house tunes!

u-he diva has a preset that sounds like it u should try that
