Asio driver question

I'm having trouble figuring out how to do this, and I've searched around quite a bit and cannot seem to find a solution.

Basically, what I would like to do, is be able to watch a video on youtube (or VLC media player, etc.) and run my DAW (Ableton) at the same time. The problem is I can only get audio to come out of Ableton Live and not out of the video. I realize that Asio4all is designed to do this, however, I'm wondering if there is a way that I can rig it to play both the Ableton Live output and the Youtube, VLC, etc, output at the same time., other than using another computer. I want to be able to do this for learning purposes, I find I can't get much out of watching a tutorial video if I can't easily follow along with it, and be able to A-B the sound (sort of) through the same set of speakers.

Sorry if this has been posted before, I've tried searching around and have not found any solutions to this. Maybe it's not possible?

Another note, I am using the Creative Sound Blaster Fatal1ty sound card, which seems to come with a "Creative Asio" driver, Not sure if this can be utilized?

I'm no expert but I'm gonna go with my gut and say that you probably need an audio interface of some kind.

Yeah, when I do that, my audio interface gets Ableton's audio with Asio4all and the youtube video comes out of my laptop speakers. Kind of a drag, but..
