sounds a lot like sound stream i reckon but then why wouldn't it go through hard wax.

The text on the record has exactly the same look as the Special Request stuff. Maybe Midland?

gone from the phonica site already, you'd assume that exclusives would be available for a week at least. lets hope for more copies soon.

Phonica had to take them off sale for sample issues apparently, so who knows if it will ever get a proper release...

theres a few on discogs on sale direct from sand people, so glad i copped a copy before hand..just listened to the clips on phonica and instantly bought it!

its was a nik tasker*? show on nts a while back, he called it 'this ones forthcoming from midland' and it is a monstooor of a lick, its got the same relentless, but unashamadly foonkay vibe as old dope dragon-esque jungle. i likey heaps. more please
