Itunes "Volume" Question.

Hey everyone,
I was messing around with iTunes today looking at song info when I realized: almost all the music I had (Dubstep, DnB, House, Electro ect ect), under song summary has a "volume" level of around -7. Example:
Meanwhile my tracks always have around -1, if that! Example:
I dont know if that means im doing something wrong in my mixdowns or exporting, or if it means nothing! Hope someone can possibly provide me with some info.
