Trying to get a similar sound to the one in Harlequin Dreams, it comes in around 30 seconds i think. I've gotten something somewhat similar with modern talking, crude, a WOW filter with the vowel set U - I, lfo on the cutoff 1/4 and play each key with just a quick tap. Still not enough depth/metallic. I want a vowel wub like this that just sounds straight out of outer space.

Bassically it's just wow filter automation and very fast delay (note: the delays give the metallic sound, but it can affect the pitch on your bass if you over-use it).
