Quiet Storm - Bass Bins

Hello, this might seem a little idiotic, I don't know the label, or catalogue number, but I need help finding this track. I know it was put on hold, but there are some people I know with this track. It would help out a whole lot if someone could tell me where to get this on vinyl, or possibly an mp3 download. Sorry for posting in the wrong place, or anywhere, I'm extremely new.

Fragile Beats' website is down, so there isn't a way I could find the track. I did all my googling, I did all my research, and I only found this track on YouTube (it was a snippet of Dubchild's remix), and this lot is what I know.
