Make your own, I believe jurassic park sounds were pitched down and vocoded horse sounds and godzilla was a leather glove being dragged down a cello's strings (I think, might not be remembering correctly). Or of you have money get that creature creation sample pack and make your own from that, think it was from boom library

Grab a mic and record yourself making a dry fart and a wet fart. Layer the 2 with heavily down/up pitched kick drum, add vocoder, distortion, phaser, saturation,, some automated reverb, a tiny bit of delay....
Here's the important part:
RUN IT THROUGH A FAIRCHILD

Yeah you need to have a Fairchild 670 or else it'll all fall apart. Not one of these bullshit software emulations either, they'll just make it sound worse. Run every sample out into the 670 and back in. I'm assuming you've got a Prism Orpheus or equivalent for an interface. I guess if you really wanted to halfass it and end up with poor quality you could use a Lynx Aurora or something but people will definitely hear the difference. Don't forget to run it through a preamp too. You got a few Neve's or Avalon's lying around?

Remember if you don't get it right, it'll just sound like a farting chicken instead of dinosaur sounds.
