Don't know if you saw the video of that native American guy berating some anti-immigration protestors a while back. Basically told them they were all immigrants themselves and they all slunk off pretty sheepishly. Sometimes the hypocrisy is just too blatant to ignore, I guess!

DH is quite right, I'm sure there is just as much right wing rhetoric taking place in British affiliated Twitter accounts, however for this specific example (Cinco De Mayo), this isn't something that the UK celebrates.

I don't care about it, I'm not bothered by racism anymore. Only institutionalized racism. Casual racism is just stupidity and stupidity should be ignored. You can't argue against racism and stupidity, just let it be. Racism will die out sooner or later.

Racists to me are like classic rock. Cheesy, played out, so a thing of the past. Where you can't believe that people are still into it.

and the best part is that mexicans don't celebrate it either; its a mexican-american holiday

The irony being esp. that most Americans think it's the Mexican Day of Independence, when in fact it's when Mexican forces defeated the French who were trying to set up a supply line to the Confederates during the American Civil War.
