I remember when I was first debating what DAW I was going to get like a year ago, and I came across this. I remember somewhere on Dub Turbo's site that it said that all of the pro's use it... What pros, exactly? I seriously could shit out DAWs in 5 minutes that are better than DT.

All of us think this is stupid but the target audience for this is obviously people who don't know anything about production but want to be Skrillex. For those people, I think these ads work, they don't know anything else.

^Exactly, and i actually think it could be a good piece of software to get started. Actual DAWs can be a little daunting and scary at first and a lot of people get demotivated by them. Dubturbo could be the first step toward professional production really.

what's the point in learning on a piece of shit when you could just get to grips with something decent from the start
those who'd give up so easily are unlikely to get far with any software and would probably just get even more demotivated if they tried switching to sumat proper and revert back to this
