Why does everything sound so muddy?

I've been using the sames drums for a few months so now I created new ones, but I can't get my mixdown right and it sounds all fucked up with the bass.
Here's a clip of it:

what should I do? I sidechained the bassline with the kick but it still kinda sounds strange and overall it sounds pretty unappealing.

EQ, probably much more cutting freqs than boosting too.
Your bass[es] have so much going on frequency-wise that's amazing I can hear the kicks at all, in fact.

Thanks, I was boosting a bit so I just did the opposite and cut the kick from the bass freq.
Sounds better, but could still sound much more quality.
Should I try panning some things?

sidechain more and bring some levels down. You might want to work on your drums aswell, but I cant really hear if its needed :pdpdp

Definitely EQ. Work out where your kick and snare peak in the frequency spectrum and start by cutting those from your bass sounds. Also use surgical EQ to cut unwanted rezzy spikes from your basses, that way there will be more natural space for other elements to shine through nicely. By cutting eal low freqs from your snare you also give more space for the bass to come through. Although low freqs on snares can be inaudible on some samples, chances are they are still there, and taking up space that could be better used with other elements.
