It's 4am and I have just finished a track. For some reason I can't for the life of decide on a name. I know I'm not going to be a be to leave it alone or go to bed until I have named and exported it.
How do you guys find/decide/create song names?

I usually name my tracks based on what they sound like or what the mood of the track is. I use samples from movies or TV shows a lot though so the tracks usually name themselves in that case.

I normally do exactly that. The only samples in this one are "Ahhh"s and "ohhh"s. I just can't seem to decide.

Well this is a pretty general suggestion but when you listen to the song what does it make you do? For example there is a song called Headtwiss by Kromestar and when I listen to that shit I'm definitely twisting my head. I know that's not very helpful but still. Try and feel the name of the song.

Imagine a scenario during which your song might be played. Imagine a kind of person or thing your song might describe. How fast is it? How harsh is it? Does it have a major or minor key?

I have a name... I posted a facebook wall post and the first person to post a name got to name it. What strange is that I really feel the name fits.

Did they listen to the song at all or was it completely blind?

I always thought people put way to much thought into song titles. Just go with the first thing that comes to mind. I usually just name mine after something in my house or something i like/dislike regardless if it has something to do with the song or not.

Usually go with 'feeling'..
Also questions and emotions you ask yourself during creation.
That's how I come up with names.

using a Thesaurus is a good idea.. never done that.
Yeah normally I have a name way before I finish but this time nothing I thought of seemed to fit.

Whatever I was doing that day or whatever I've got close to me that seems relevant at the time. Of the tunes in my Soundcloud page, Ice box was because I'd just setup my new studio and it was freezing cold in there compared to the rest of the apartment, Six Day Weekend was because I'd just come off a long weekend spent at my girlfriend's villa (one of the local beaches is also the artwork for this track), and Shirts Obscuring The Light was named because at the time my washing was hanging up to dry between my computer and the window, with my shirts blocking out the sun and giving the room a weird colored tinge.

Have you tried using a random name generator, some of them will let you put in a word that you want to incorporate in the name.

See, Wub gets it. You can make anything sound interesting if you phrase it right.
