Why the hate?

If you need to resort to costumes, marketing, light show, smoke machines, cheesey sets, then surprisingly there isnt much time left for the music in the scheme of things.
lol'd at excision calling himself a 'master of bass' when Im pretty sure he forgot about all the keys at the far left of his keyboard some years ago. Maybe spilled a drink there or stashed some cds down that end and got distracted by the electro patch on his synth.

I know music is cyclical and all. This kind of garbage signals some kinda grunge-style return-to-roots revolution is imminent thankfully. ie focus on music over style.

Costumes, marketing, light show etc means not much left for music? Tell that to David Bowie.
