I like the sub.The flanger/phaser sound is pretty good. Not sure about the delayed spoken sample @3.13 seems a bit much.

Liked the dub vibes on this, and the minimal use of the dub siren is a nice touch. Would agree on the sample (Snoop?) as it's sounding a little too heavily delayed, making it hard to make out. You might want to run a parallel delay on it and mix the delayed signal back in with the 'dry' original to give it a bit more clarity.
