I don't really produce dubstep that much but today I was fooling around with massive. I came up with some cool bass sounds using the vocoder and the comb filter in massive. By automating the cutoff of the comb filter and also automating some of the vocoders formants I came up with a high-pitched sound that sounds very "talky". To me it sounds like its saying "I know why".. Lemme know what you guys think.. I don't know really how to use the sound in a song but I think its a cool sound design trick.

second clip sounded nice, not sure how one would go about fitting it into a song, but def interesting

Vocoder in massive? I have massive but I don't know what you are talking about.
