Do you guy really think you are mr/mrs superior

I've joined this forum about three years ago, assuming that it would be the place for me to learn etc about the various forms of dubstep......but ive only oposted anything like twice or three times.

The reason being that all i ever see is people trying to act like the big "I AM" i.e. nit picking over a little grammer mistake, or because of someones user name

The following link is an example:-

http://www.dubstepforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=273850

I mean who gives a damn if he wants a pc for dubstep or music production.....everytime i see a post where someone is asking a question (especially if he/she is new here) i see all this nit picking and "just use google etc bollox"....i mean come on if you don't want to answer or entertain a thread DONT READ IT.....that is common sense......

Hey he/she is new lets piss on their parade and take our anxiety out on them then i will feel like a big man/woman and be respected lol

since there is some kind of meta discussion going on here now (i guess) i just wanted to mention it reminds me a lot of /g/ on 4chan. they shitpost and make sarcastic posts a lot too if people posting lack expertise and fail to express their point. I guess it's quite similar here, and the problem is that there's way too many kids without any knowledge who think they should just google a board and ask instead of actually searching for answers themselves.
It's quite simple actually, and I thought everyone was well aware of the situation of this board.
this is all implying that OP isn't actually a troll. :cornlol:
sorry for not posting alpaca / wombat / thinking of a witty reply guize

Anyway, i think a lot of people on here are dicks because there tired of hearing the same shit over and over again. Personally, i do a lot of research and/or read the stickies before i ever post to a new forum. Its not that hard, and it saves everyone a lot of time.

Seriously, every time i see something along the lines of "How does i make wub-wub?" or "I got this rad free software, how do i use it?" or "I can haz Massive?" it makes me want to punch kittens. Its not hard to do a LITTLE research first.

step up your game, anything over 80hz is midrange.

A pc made for dubstep. That's asking for trouble imo.

The problem lies with current society I think. Everyone just whacks stuff online whether it's 'tracks' or threads.
For some reason not realizing that there's already enough crap.
Put more thought into what you are saying or even creating.

(see, now Fragments here obviously thought about his reply and we can all agree that yes, he is the fucking Mother Superior)

i understand but at the same time, if you don't think there is positive material for learning on this forum then find one that doesn't have attitude with same level of knowledge.

I don't really care about hurting the feelings of dimwits who can't even do a google search before making some run on sentence wall of text thread. What I do care about are the mature articulate posters who don't mind putting in the work before asking for something. And if keeping a quality signal to noise ratio on this forum requires dumbasses getting trolled, then so be it. They all end up getting their answers in the end anyway.

You can't be touchy about getting trolled a bit and then call the rest of the forum touchy for getting pissed at lazy noobs. It's a two way street. If boneheads expect us to tolerate their antics and give them some info, they're gonna have to tolerate getting razzed a bit and maybe doing some research of their own.

Actually agree with you guys, I find the shitposting amusing, I was just pointing out (obvious) stuff.

What about a function that requires new threads on this subboard to be approved by a mod? Might help, but would probably a lot of work to implement and maybe the mods don't want to use it.
