Musicians Friend/Sugar Bytes sale

So Musicians Friend is selling Artillery 2 and Unique for $39 each. Pretty awsome deal if you ask me.
So my question is, anyone ever order from these guys? They say there going to ship me Artillery 2 which seems kinda silly. Why not just give me my digital download like every place else? Anyways, do they really ship things, or will they just send me a code or something?
