Me and my friend have had some trouble for quite a while, you see the problem is we got a short audioclip of a track, but we have no friggin' clue what it is called.
I know I've heard it before, and the name of it is on the tip of my tounge.....
1. Tune ID thread on Releases forum
2. That is just completely unfathomable, try getting a higher quality recording of it

why do you want to know what it is then? cos it sounds shit, and you cant hear it anyway, so why would you think its good and wanna know? is it een dubstep, it doesnt even sound like musak
