Just thought I'd make a tutorial video for people who needed to know how to do this. A very easy sound to make, but almost nothing on youtube to help people create something that sounds like it.
Sorry about my voice being annoying, and sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place
Thanks fam and plz subscribe if this has helped you, I'll be releasing more dark dubstep tutorials soon
UPDATE
Newer, quicker & more revised video. Obtain that wobble bass without the step-by-step guide; for intermediate users:
I decided to create a shortened tutorial for people who didn't have time to watch the first one. It has better quality, no talking, and is straight to the point (also gives you a sample of the sound at the very beginning so you know what sound you'll be able to make). This tutorial covers everything I said in the previous video, although it's a lot quicker; for the intermediate user who can follow mouse movements.
Enjoy, share and subscribe!

Nice tutorial. You seemed to explain everything well. But I'd have to disagree with the "but almost nothing on youtube to help people create something that sounds like it" part. When I used FL Studio and learned to make a wobble I watched a quicker and easier tutorial than this using 3xOsc. This is geared towards newer producers and it requires a lot more steps than needed I believe.

Biggups for giving the world a real dubstep tutorial. We need more like you and I hope you get a lot of views. It's really depressing that every tutorial has "Skrillex growl bass" in the title.....

What Debunked said was so true, many tutorials on dubstep really focus on those loud & heavy growl basses or "HOW TO MAKE KNIFE PARTY/SKRILLEX/KTN/KOAN SOUND growl". This is heavy but smooth and relaxing...
Heavily Relaxing

Big up everyone. I remember when I was looking all over Youtube to create this type of bass and I just gave up because I kept getting knife party or Skrillex basses- there are just too many of them. The brostep basses can't possible replace the original dubstep wobbles and dungeon growls/sounds. I urge more dubstepforum users to upload bass tutorials like mine on youtube, because there's a large community of original dubstep producers and would-bes who'd love to see this positive change.

the problem primarily has to do with youtube's algorithms for search results and suggestions (ie what videos show up on the side). the reason every tutorial has the word skrillex in the title is because the word skrillex has transcended it's original meaning (a person) and is now a keyword, a tag, and a generalization of an entire genre of music. and once a video starts showing up on the side, it's view count skyrockets and the more it's view count skyrockets, the more it shows up on the side. so you've got a few tutorials with 5 million views, and then 100s of tutorials with 500 views.

Word, dubunked! We somehow have to keep the old school style flowing within the community of producers.
