Hey fellow members. I thought I'd ask you for a bit of help creating a basspatch that seems to be growing more popular.
The bass can be heard in "Bulletproof - feat. Eva Simons" by Doctor P (1:06)
And also in the track "Mr. Brown" by Koan Sound (After the first drop)
I've tried to filter some reeses and process them but can't get this sound. Any help?

idk if it is exactly what you are looking for, but here is a tutorial for making a hollow bass in fm8.

sounds like smooth squares to me. maybe layer multiple squares at different octaves or layer in a sine. low pass filter obviously. maybe some chorus? idk. and obviously an LFO on cutoff.
Check this thread out, they asked for sorta the same sound. I posted something thats spot on for this. Also look around for metallic or wooden sounds. It comes from delays and reverb to get that high sharp ting sound. There were a couple threads about this i think years ago but said the same thing look it up.
