So im getting back into my production and Ive been listening to figure lately. He has a unique way making his yoy and his wobbles. I know for sure its not a lame massive patch with a Redux or Bitcrusher thrown on top of it. His wobbles are very smooth and round, not choppy how i make it.

If any one could share a little insight that be great! He just some unique sound and im not trying to copy it but to understand how synthesis works across different genres.

I'll leave a couple videos and times some of these sounds are played.

- This one even though is just a preview of a song you can hear a couple stuff moderatley clearly. Parts at 0:46 and 1:15

-At 1:27 you can hear it, its a wooden sound and im not sure if using a pitch bend or glide/portamento.

-At 0:36 you can hear that vowel yoy i was talking about. Its not harsh and a crushed sound.

-Same at 1:08 on this one.

-You can here it pretty clear more a vocal sound on this one at 0:58

-Last one its at 1:17 and you here the basic yoy sound and right after you hear your typical bit crushed yoy. So there is something different.

Sorry for the extra long post but this type of sound has been driving me crazy and cant find anything besides a shitty bit crushed talking Yoy which sounds terrible. Thanks for the help and if you need help with a sound ill gladly help a brother out. Peace :Q:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VDVB7cagNP8 - a couple of these patches are close to Figure ones, you can probably tweak, learn from or process them till you have what you want

Thanks ahaha but ive download that pack already awhile ago. Some of the sounds are good but i found what the key was. It just adding a simple scream filter and turning up the Res to taste and increase the scream( higher you go the pitch gets higher as well.)

Messed around for awhile and got some great results with a simple scream and lfo on the cut off! Who would of thought? Beats the normally bitcrushed stuff.
