Does anyone have an idea how to make these bells in massive?
Every time I try to make them I end up with the bells being too "sweet".

can't play the video, which song is it?

Anyway fm is good for bells, use efm1 if you're on Logic, sytrus if you're on Fl, Operator if you're on ableton and px7(if you have it) in case you use reason.

Roads untraveled by Linkin Park.
I usually use massive, I could try operator on ableton.

Right, try this tutorial as à starting point (its fm8 but can be done in operator too):

Fm is great for those harsh bell sounds.
I can't help you myself because I'm not at my computer but you'll figure it out, the sounds he makes in the video arent far from the roads untraveled bells.

Maybe be a long shot but it could be sampled bells? They only play 4 notes over and over. Also its a pretty high end sound so it be pretty easy to sample. Most of the sound is hollow reverb at the end of the sound. Try looking at wind chimes sample, very similar.
