probably not an arpeggiator, but I suppose it's possible. probably just careful MIDI editing. because it sounds like a few different percussion sounds in there, not just one.

haha if i was gunna try and make this i'd get a real live percussion loop sample and then cut each hit out so i've got a selection of different hits all different strengths that work well together.
