Bass patch deconstructed

What sort of envelope on what parameter would i need to get this paaooh sort of sound?

look at the spectrum of it and you'll see
obviously there is an envelope on the pitch.

what a useless comment.
"use spectrum analyzer" doesnt help anybody and is hardly a tip.

it sounds like an 808 to me to be honest.
some kind of distortion(saturation, wave shaper, overdrive) and compression or limiting, and im pretty sure its pitched up a bit.

im not home at the moment so I cant attempt to recreate it but the first thing id do is look for nice 808 kicks that I can fuck around with.

First, he asks

And not HOW to make this whole sound. Second, your ears are fucking stupid because it's not an 808. The sound itself is layered with an 808.
And I told him to use a spectrum analyzer because: first I'd do it myself and tell him what to do, but he didn't enable download and I don't want to record from my soundcard, second the "paaooh sort of sound" comes from few formants in the sonic spectrum which make the vowel sound.
