i think im going crazy

had a belter last night
spent £150, fell through a dining table, got bit by something, and for some reason when i got home i melted all my moms butter in a frying pan and defrosted 3 bags of mix veg. standardly blended all her grapes too
mom woke up me up like WTF is wrong with you. told her she couldnt hack the banter lol
now i can hear my thoughts really loud and im real twitchy. need to stop doin mystery powders
but yeah, i feel crazy :/ Is there like a test online you can do to see if you've gone mad?
is anyone a psychiatrist and would like to help?

I've had that happen. You probably just got some k in your mystery powders and flipped out and thought you were going mental. I've done that. I've had moments on k where I've cracked a nang and thought I'd killed myself and I was in some sort of mid way point between heaven and hell.
