Help Synthesizing a Sample

So, I have this sample, it's labeled as a "bright bass" but I absolutely love how it sounds up higher when the mid range really shines through.
I really want to recreate it in Massive or Sylenth so it is a bit more versatile and doesn't have the sampled qualities where it is stretched out as it get's lower.
Here's the sample:

Thanks in advance!

Well, look who decided to show up.
Square oscillator.
Bright or metallic noise oscillator.
Tube distortion.
External Saturation.
Possible sample and hold qualities.

Maybe be detuned saws and sine shaper in there too.
