Best MIDI Keyboard for under $100?

I'm 14 years old so I don't have much money, so I want to know a good keyboard for under $100.

I was looking at these:

Akai MPK Mini - http://www.akaipro.com/mpkmini

Korg MicroKey - http://www.korg.com/microkey

Alesis Q49 - http://www.alesis.com/q49

As of now, I am leaning towards the Akai MPK Mini because it has drum buttons and knobs for modulation. Also, it is the smallest. I am also saving up for a laptop so this would work well with it. I could make music anywhere! If anyone knows which of the three is best, or knows any better ones in my price range, a reply would be really helpful. Thanks! :D

If you're after drum buttons and rotaries, then the Akai is your best bet.

Failing that, if you wanted to go second hand you could probably find something like an M-Audio Oxygen 49 (more keys, rotaries & sliders) on eBay for around that price, or an M-Audio Axiom 25 (less keys, no sliders, has pads).

the rotaries are good on the mpkmini, but the pads are fucking shite.

I just got a Korg MicroKey 37 and its a solid set of MIDI keys. Its very bare bones and the shorter key length may frustrate actual keys players. I'd recommend it, but if you are looking for a controller with a lil' bit of everything, you aren't getting much from it.

@pads in general: I've owned a few MIDI controllers with pads and most of them are pretty stiff even after a lot of use (which is good in a way). You'll probably end up manually adjusting velocity quite often anyway.

Ive used both the apk and the korg (used to own a apk... and my friend has a korg)
Out of those two I would definately recommend the korg

Im actually looking at new keynoards right now (Ill probably buy a 49 novation launch key)
I found that with my apk it was too small to jam on properly and that the keys felt cheap and unresponsive
I didnt like using it at all

Looking back:P I wish that I had saved more dosh and spent a bit more on a better/bigger keyboard
if your set on getting a smaller one try to visit your local shop and play around with some of the different models
