i dont see who was at fault here tbh.

It's missing some pre-amble (Range Rover may have cut them up or whatever), but TBH the bikers were being a bit dickish about it. Start crowding an SUV with 100 of your mates, don't be surprised if one of you gets run over.

To me someone who switches lanes without using his signal is already a major traffic douche who deserves to get
a little tap on the bumper at 80mph.
There has to be at least a few visible plates in that video though
