The main wobble in this has really thick and full range harmonics, can someone explain whats going on here? Saw waves with a high resonant peak low pass filter lfoíng? Can't get it sounding right any help would be much appreciated.

Definitely some massive shit. Modern talking or deep throat or one of those brotables. You got the rest right. LPF, resonance optional, maybe some effects, and most importantly, LFO on the filter.
