Here's a slighly longer version of that clib: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2aSJeKrBXtQ

Has anyone heard Four Tet's newest album, "Beautiful Rewind"? It was posted to Soundcloud for a few days, but then was taken down. This album is going to be *massive*. Sounds very different from anything he's done in the past.

The first track, Gong, *has* to be a Burial collaboration. It seriously sounds like Burial's first album, and also reminds me a bit of Burial's remix of Blackdown's Crackle Blues.

It's nice to hear them do more clubby tracks, I love their previous tunes to death but they aren't bangers like this tune.

Really hope Burial puts out a few more darkside club tunes like his pre-untrue stuff rather than just going with the Ashtray Wasp/Truant/Rough Sleeper format from hereon out.

Either way, great music.

I'm just so thankful to hear "new" Burial. It's been a long wait since January...

The special stuff is on Four Tet's album. There's that first (clearly Burial-collab'd) track "Gong"; now I think I've spotted another track that seems to use the same vocal sample as on Burial's unreleased "Stairwell."

This sounds sick. always happy to hear new Burial and him and Four Tet's collaborations are brilliant! It's strange cos I've never really been into Four Tet's solo stuff much but Burial and him consistently produce such beautiful tunes... If the new Four Tet album has a Burial collab on it I'll definitely check it out! Please let there be a new Burial release before the end of the year! Winter's coming we need some new ghostly 2step sounds to keep us warm...

Loved it! and Gong I wish Kieran could come clean and at least admit Burial pitched in on 'Gong'.

How can he "pitch in" on his own track?

Burial does collab a lot with Kieran huh? Doesn't help those "Four Tet is Burial" claims floating around. Collab with burial, Burial sounding tune on the album, and sample used in both songs. I do really look forward to getting through the rest of the set though. Sounds like it was really good and it came out of nowhere. I thought the hyperdub show was gonna be on.

On the subject of Burial, he has another full length in him, and I need it in my hands lol. To think Untrue came out almost six years ago, damn. Something game changing and earth shattering.

I honestly doubt Burial is Four Tet, either Kieran is too good at disguising his production skills as Four Tet because Gong is the only song he has ever made that hints Burial, nothing else even comes slightly close, so it's either a collaboration or some sort of twisted confirmation that he is indeed Burial.
