Well I'm still new to music and I have so far only created 1 electro music, now I'm getting on with my second one, the second one is quite good, I'm actually quite satisfied with my intro but I think there isnt enough tension, and I stuck at the drop, are you guys the same, I mean I feel weak x( and btw how long have you guys been producing music? how's life as a electro music producer?

This a Dubstep board, so not sure you'll get many electro producers on here who can help you
Maybe try over at Boy In A Band, they are more electro minded.

Read bunch tutorials on both DAW (FL Studio, Ableton Live, Cubase, Logic etc.) and synth that you are using. Also make sure you have a bunch of drum samples!
The more you produce the better you will be at it. At the very start of your journey you will learn the most.

When do we tell him that he'll be just as frustrated about some different aspect of production in 20 years as he is now about this?

Keep making stuff. Start tracks and finish them. Never be satisfied, but never think you aren't good enough. Always look at what you've made, critique it, use what you learned in the next track you make. Progress over time. Unfortunately producing is just like everything else in life, there are no shortcuts to the top. Gotta do the hard yards and keep improving. Watch youtube tutes, read up about mixing and sound design, listen to heaps of music (of every genre, judge music by quality not what genre you like or don't like) and learn as much as you can. Of course, the best way to learn is through trial and error while making your own stuff, which will help you find what works best for you.
I've been at this for about a year and a half and I'm still only just starting to like my own mixes (well, sort of). Takes a while dude.
just keep finishing track even if you dont feel them. its a long learning process. im sure most people on this board are not truly happy with their own production still.
I love tits and all, but that kinda reminded me of this:

OP since your new to music production don't expect to start making pro sounding tracks at a drop of a hat. It takes time, practice and some. If you have any spare time, record something, read about production, listen to artists you like and artists you don't like etc.

I'm always frustrated.. So many ideas..yet you go to the pc and you just can't do it for some reason..
If you want polished tracks, it takes time and patience.. Read.. Watch tutorials.. You'll figure it out!

Been producing for over 7 years, and I still get very frustrated sometimes!
I think most people who start learning to produce music (myself included), initially think that it can't be that hard and expect to be making pro sounding tracks within a matter of moths - then reality kicks in and you realise that it's like learning an alien language!
As others have said, just keep practicing, watch shit loads of tutorials, listen to as much music as you possibly can, learn some music theory (not doing so will only prolong the learning process IMO).
Trust me, if you just keep going and work on learning to produce in all your spare time, their will be points where things just start to click and fall into place, and you'll say to yourself, 'shit man, how did I not realise that before!'
There's been many a times when I've sat down to make a tune but literally cant think of anything to get down. Take advantage of these times and just fuck about with whatever synths you're using; having good solid knowledge of 1 or 2 synths is invaluable!!

this is so true. at first i was like well fuck that keep practicing and shit there must be a short cut, but there isnt. just keep producing and you will learn something new each day and get better. listen to your tunes a few months from now and you will realise how much you have advanced and then you should realise that" fck even though I'm not there yet I'll eventually get there if I keep doing it coz man look how much better i got in xy time" once you realise this you will have never ending motivation.
collaborate
find out if anyone around you does music (at the roughly the same level that you are on of course, otherwise it's unlikely that they 'll sit down with you) and work with them on a track. collabs are a great way to learn and a great source of inspiration (for me atleast). You get insight to other ppl's tricks, the way they work and you can learn a ton by doing this.
seek inspiration
go out to parties, go have a nice holyday, meet new people and uses emotions to your advantage
I think there is nothing wrong with going along this path, only in case you don't enjoy doing music. thats a whole different issue if you are doing it solely for bitches & boobs & money & fame, then you are most likely set to fail. (which is a good thing imho, but i'm little evil haha)

Yup, we're all just pissed off frustrated producers
Seriously though, when I stated it was on ps2 with Music Generator, no knowledge of production, just experimented... a lot!
Was introduced to Reason 3, experimentation was replaced with stiffled confusion, the fun disappeared for a while and it became too serious.
Keep it fun, and you should see results.

As you learn more, don't forget your balls. This doesn't have to be a head game.
