does anyone have links to sample packs with like random one shots in them? the kind you would hear in grime tunes and stuff, like spoken word segments, gunshots, airhorns, random noises, jamaican people shouting ey stinky dutty bombaclart jah bless and stuff
basically stuff i can throw in a tune and rape with modulated delay and stuff
i already have the reggae sample pack that everyone has but its so overused

So you want a single pack of one-shots that encompass the entirety of dubstep, dub, reggae & ska??

I have the CM grime pack from about 4-5 years ago, pretty sure there is a fair amount of what you are looking for on there.

There is no one resource that I am aware of and it's probably best left that way. Lots of the samples you speak of are either sampled from roots movies like rockers/the harder they come and some real various sources. In most cases knowing the source and sampling it is a bit of a nod to the origins and for obvious reasons someone selling a sample pack of them all would have a big ole lawsuit on their hands from various sources. As far as drum sounds go, nearly every dub tune has a clean fill at the start full of snares and percussion. For the taking.

ive got percussion literally leaking out of my hdd so im ok for that haha
i got a load of nice samples from that documentary on dub with king tubby in it, dub echoes so if u guys could recommend good documentaries like that it might be useful too

I will try to upload at some point this week, will fish out the Dub pack and any other significant one's that I have too, bare with me though.

I found something recently called benjis sample super pack, it's like a whole library of basically every kind of sound. I found it in torrent form so I don't of the legal status of the library, but if you would like I could post a link later.

OP youtube how to record sounds from your very own computer. Use youtube to find cool sounds, record them. Use them.

Blu Mar Ten's free sample pack has a handful of vocal stuff like that. check out some trap sample packs as well as they've got a fair amount of hilarious chants/gunshots etc (Lex Luger/ThaJokerBeatz packs are what I've got)

Yea I have to dig them out of storage. working 12 hour shift's at mo, haven't forgotten, just need to find a spare hour or 2.

Located my stack of disc's from mags, will up these at some stage over the weekend, sat or sunday night probably.

Check out Mokkos free Ras Kitchen sample pack for some rasta voice samples - "yaman" "nothing to worry" "wicked one yea" etc, really cool haha. Actually from a jamaican cook that says funny tings in his show.
