Well I have made this synth before using NI MASSIVE. I would think for the osc you could use a standard square wave, maybe some gentle speech, and scrap yard? That is just a shot in the dark. For the Filters maybe try SCREAM and DAFT to give it just the little talking distorted mini scream sound it has. For the EFX try SAMPLE AND HOLD with your DAFT filter to make it talk.

Hmmm, its the same synth in his new one "Watch yo back". Its very popular in the jump up dnb genre and there seems to be no tutorials or samples of that sound lol. Im stuck

yeah there isnt much infomation out there for jump up dnb... most tutes are for neuro/reeses etc
square waves + bit crusher + chorus is generally the way to go for jump up whomps/wobs
most of the sound is not actually in the filter but rather the adsr of the sound

sounds like a reese with an LFO or something played at relatively high notes (that's most likely why you didn't recognize it as a reese).
