What artists would you recommend that for vocals utilise spoken prose/poetry etc instead of the traditional singing/rapping?

Slint - Spiderland as an album has a fair amount of spoken lyrics. Some singing too but still a lot of spoken stuff.

damn I haven't listened to this album in forever. About as close to a perfect album as you can get imo. The climax of Washer

my dad likes this band, farewell poetry
i find the vocals kinda annoying personally but the music's good
