i found southenr french people to be mostly sound, been there 10 times or so, a lot less pretentious than all the people around paris, they were rude wankers. almost all the dutch people ive met have been spot on.

did not think much of turkey though... lots of sexist people, rude people, people who grovel at you when you walk past the street to get you into their shops. bait country. sickest desserts ive ever tasted though. i enjoyed that part of their culture.

i went to anchorage for a few days and it was pretty depressing. stayed at a shitty hotel next to a mcdonalds. all the mcdonalds workers were eskimos. showed them some eskiboy but they weren't having it. there was a drunk guy on the hotel steps one morning too. this was in the summer when there's daylight for like 19 hours a day. cant imagine how bad it is in the winter.

Some of my favorite girlfriends were Alaskan.
