For the entire time ive been producing with logic, which has been a while now, whenever i want to physically write in automation at precisely a certain point i always have to zoom up really really close just to get to that exact point because it doesnt snap. I know other DAWs let you snap, i do it in reason at school and i watch seamless' tutorials on youtube and you can do it in FL Studio.

Its only automation too. Like notes and patterns snap just fine. Is there a way i can make automation snap or can you not do it in logic pro? It would make things go by a lot faster

Would like to know this also, although with the automation in logic never sounding "in time" I don't know how much of a benefit this would be but still would be nice to know

Would like to know this too.
Also, how do you make the audio files snap right? They always end up in the wrong place and I have to zoom in to put it right, that's the only thing I don't like about x.

I typically just have snap set to smart and it usually works just fine for me. Only sometimes do i have to actually zoom up really close for audio samples. And if i need to shorten it, instead of actually shortening it i just use the scissors tool and cut it because the cut tool is always right on point for me.

Yea just right click while you've got the automation window open. I just learned about it after like 2 years in Logic, sad really haha
