to say this is really addictive would be an understatement. anyone else here playing this? if you sign up for the beta before the 31st you are guaranteed to get in. i've also heard they are giving out beta invites via twitter..SO FUN can't stress it enough. also blizzard posted an ad for someone to work on mobile meaning it could be on tablets soon.

i wouldn't go as far as to say it's better than magic, but magic isn't what it once was (planeswalkers). i would say if i had been around nerding back then that this is about as fun and new as magic must have been upon release.

agreeing with it being clunky w/mouse and being ideal for mobile, if i wasn't at the comp as much as i am i would buy a tablet just for this game. i would also recommend, although it's free to play spending at least $10-$20 on some new cards. new cards are unlocked as you play and you are given gold (which can be used to buy more cards) incrementally as you win games and complete daily quests, but if you want to avoid the initial ass rape you are going to endure as a noob i'd just drop the money. you're still going to get raped it'll just allow you to customize your deck to fix errors.. slow paced enough to window mode it and facebook at the same time which is nice.

i did the same thing as you apmje, so pissed i didn't start playing right away. so much time wasted haha
