hey guys hope you're all doing well with your musical adventures. Been working on this one for a while. still not a perfect mixdown but its improvement from my last mix so its still progress haha. Give at a listen and lets hear what you think! any feedback and critiquing appreciated

Great melodies man! Love the 8bit influences. I think the kick could be beefier and hit harder, maybe some parallel compression and scooping out around 300hz to clean it up a bit. Sounds really good man, keep it up

Thanks man! yeah the kick gave me a bit of trouble. But what exactly is parallel compression? Never heard of it before lol
