So, I haven't seen one of these threads - so I guess I'll have to make one.
This thread is not a thread I made so you can talk about modern talking. You can post massive presets, tutorials, tips, if you know any good wt combinations etc. The usual stuff .
Ok, I'll start off by giving you a tut on a supersaw.
I'll just give you the preset.
I Got A GOOOOOOOOOD ONE
First Modern Talking... Jk
Heres a simple sound that is super popular
Osc 1- Sine Square wt all the way to the left pitch +12
Osc 2- Sine Square all the way to the left pitch -36
Restart Via Gate Clicked On (Its in the Osc Tab)
Parabolic shaper on insert 1, Drive Max, Dry/Wet Max
Comb filter: Damping and and Feedback at 12 o'clock
Take envelope 1 and drag it on to osc 1 and pitch it up an octave
Take same envelope and drag it to osc 2 and pitch up 3 octaves
Go to the envelope 1 tab
Attack: None
Level: None (This is the level knob to the right of the decay knob)
Decay: Around 7, 8, 9 o' clock
Fx 1- Reverb but a very small one
Fx 2- Dimension expander with dry wet at 9 o'clock and size all at like 7,8 o'clock
eq- boost a little highs
Now be sure to go back and fuck around with the comb filter until you get your desired sound, and if you want to get real kinky you can even change filters or add a third osc. But anyway have fun sounding like ehide.

Nice sound mate, I personally like to have the pitch on the comp filter all the way up, cause I think it sounds cleaner like that. Nice sound.

Hope this helps, hope this thread becomes big too it's a great idea:
For all noobs, the Boost//Freq thing in the eq is like this: Boost all the way down = notch filter and boost all the way up = peak filter. In the middle = nothing, obv. Freq. is obviously frequency, so this can be used as an extra notch or peak filter. Alot of people miss this when they're filtering basslines, modulating this is a great way to add more complexity.
A coooool tip, if you want to make Vinyl Stop type sounds in your sounds (shwoup), add a delay in the inserts, take the wet all the way up and add a macro/an envelope/LFO to the Time. Creates interesting effects.
For nice high end - Crude with wt on full or Scrap yard with wt on 10 o clock
Kill the noise style squishyness, as you know, is best made in Chrome, Squelchy or A.I.
For a Harsh saw-y sound (skrillex - international bas style), use Gentle speech or Deep Throat and mess with Bend modes (+/- or - or +) and distort with brauner or classic, and maybe some ring modulation and waveshaping (parabolic).
If you have a sound with cool highs but you want to add some fat mids, add a Disto wavetable.
Modulating the rate of an lfo with another lfo is very cool in case you didn't know.
For more lushness to e.g a pad or a reese, the Pipe noise is lovely.
Tele tube distortion algorithm is great for sub bass, makes the harmonics pop.
Modulating the filter mix is cool if you have like a bandpass and a notch filter for example.
Very basic but: Add a really really short decay envelope to the pitch of your oscs and mod osc, (pitch modulation should be 64), makes it hit harder. Don't do this if it hits at the same time as a kick tho, just makes mixing harder (unless it's sidechained but in that case you won't even hear the beginning of the sound so doing this is pointless).
THat's something!
I hope more people post in this!

Patch of the day folks. its from proper villains' bass down low remix. he set the unison to 3 or 5 and moves the pan position about 1/2 way between mono and full inversion, and its dopeness to my ears

Hey guys, can you help me with a synth I'm trying to make on Massive?... It's from one of the Skrillex's forgotten archive.
The song is called ''I wish you all the luck in the world'', it's some kind of lead/pluck. Hope you can help me '-n-..
You can hear it at 0:30
