Was looking through my collection and started playing Resistance Fall of Man multiplayer.

The game still has players on it but is nothing like what it was when it released. There were so many players and tons of different gametypes.

It feels weird attaching nostalgia to these types of titles but these games have been out for 5+ years now. Other games that had similar effects were Prey and The Darkness.

Resistance was a great game. I miss playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare. Now days I just play fifa and battlefield 3 on the ps3.

i played nhl 11 shootout mode online till they shut down the servers like a year ago ;__;

used to win like 30 in a row lol & towards the end of the server id be just playing w/ the same 3 kids over & over & over

I tried a hockey game demo a couple of months ago, I had no idea what was going on. Every so often I would start from one of those four circles. Ill stick with football (soccer).

I also miss playing tomb raider on the original playstation.

Been playing cod 4 on pc recently, hard to believe it came out 7 years ago

Lol thats because they are still using the same game engine with minor upgrades with every reiteration. Modern Warfare 1+2 are epic. The rest of cod games are jokes.

Just realized Resistance fall of man was released late-2006.
That's 7+ years!

Also just found out they are shutting down the servers March 28th, 2014.

I'm a Sony fan boy ehbs only ever owned playstations. Wouldn't go near an xbox. What you on?

Skate 2 was the one though. Skate 3 was a bit disappointing.

I don't know that newfangled devilry, Tony Hawks 1 and 2 were the ones

Tony Hawk feels deeply pony after Skate, but I had some good times with that on Dreamcast.

Really tempted to go out and buy the HD collection for the second time and I've already owned mgs4 twice.

Metal gear solid is the best game series ever IMO. Not really bothered about the new one, should have ended at 4, and solid snake with David hayter, wtf?
